How booking, paying and cancelling work at Glenmist Tea Estate Homestay, as the hotel has set them.

Arriving and leaving

Check-in is from 2 pm. Check-out is by 11 am. For an earlier arrival or a later departure, ask the hotel before you travel.

Cancelling a booking

The cancellation terms for each room and rate are shown before you confirm a booking.

A rate marked non-refundable is charged in full if cancelled; it is marked as such before you book.

Once you have booked, the terms that apply to your stay — and the date until which cancelling is free — are on your booking page, from the link in your confirmation.

Paying

Rooms booked on this website are paid for at the hotel. Nothing is charged online when you book.

Anything added to a booking afterwards is paid at the hotel.

Prices and tax

Prices on this website are in INR, before GST; GST is added on your bill at the rate that applies.

Your details

When you book, sign in or write to us, Glenmist Tea Estate Homestay receives the name, telephone number and email address you give, and uses them for your booking and to reply to you. Offers are sent only if you ask for them when signing in. To see, correct or remove what the hotel holds, contact the hotel.
