After-the-Walk Foot Ritual
A warm soak with rock salt and lemongrass, a scrub and a slow foot and calf massage. Made for the end of a day on the estate paths.

First-Flush Green Tea Body Polish
Fine-ground green tea from our own bushes, mixed with honey and rice flour, worked over the body and rinsed away, then a light oil. Leaves the skin soft and smelling of the garden.

Himalayan Herbal Oil Massage
A full-body massage with warm sesame oil infused with herbs from the hills: timur pepper, wild ginger and mugwort. Firm or gentle, as you prefer.

River Stone Massage
Smooth stones from the Rungeet, warmed and used with long strokes over the back and legs to ease deep muscle tension. Our most restful treatment.

Tea factory tour
Follow the morning's pluck through withering, rolling, oxidising and drying with the factory manager. In the plucking season, March to November. Complimentary for staying guests.

Tasting with the tea maker
A cupping of six to eight estate teas in the factory tasting room, from first flush to autumnal. You leave with a caddy of your favourite. Per person.

River picnic on the Rungeet
A walk down through the tea and the forest to the river, where a picnic lunch is laid out on the rocks. A jeep brings you back up. Per person.

Toy-train day to Ghum
